Unmarked At Rest. Saturday evening June 18, 1921 at about 8 o'clock occurred the death of Emma Ondrak the elder daughter of Mr and Mrs John Ondrak of near Burress. She was born May 15 1906 and was at the time of her death 15 years 1 month and 3 days old. She had lived in Milligan and attended school here until she with her parents moved about two years ago onto the farm where she died. She was at the time of her death an eighth grade student. About Easter time Emma became quite ill, but her sickness was not considered serious and she seemed gradually to be getting over it having even been able to be up and around until just a few days before her death when she suffered considerably until the end came. She leaves to mourn her untimely death her father and mother brothers Henry and John both her senior and her sister Ella. The funeral service was held at the home Monday June 20 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and the body was interred in the Bohemian National cemetery in the family lot by the side of an infant brother. We extend our sympathy to the sorrow stricken family. Nebraska Signal, Geneva, Nebraska, 23 Jun 1921, Thu -- Page 5. Contributor: Cindy Ondrak (50699604)
