Shirley Ann (Kelley) Tibbit , daughter of Elbert (Byrl) and Maggie Waters Kelley was born November 2, 1936 and departed this life on July 17, 2011 in Stilwell, OK at the age of 74 years, 8 months, and 15 days. Shirley graduated from Stilwell High School and worked at a clerk in her parents' business, Kelley's Department Store and later was secretary for the First Christian in Stilwell. She enjoyed her family and friends and was a member of the First Christian Church in Stilwell. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents: Byrl and Maggie Waters Kelly.
