Bio

He came to Stilwell when he was three years old. He taught school at Pawhuska, Tahlequah and Stilwell before opening Kelley's Family Department Store in 1945. Survived by wife, Maggie Kelley; son, David Kelley of Tulsa; daughter, Shirley Tibbits, Stilwell; brother, Roy Kelley, Tulsa; and sister, Verna Patterson, Stilwell.
