Bio

Carl was the son of Ole Nelson and Dorthea Abrahamsdtr. He had siblings Anne (1832-1843), Nils ,Carl Johan (1838-1839), and Anne . He married Hedwig Hansdatter in 1871 in Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. They had the following children:Inger Dorothea , Caroline Josephine, Hans Osker (who died age 9), Oscar Hans, Henry M, and Alethe Anette Gurine Olson.
