Bio

MRS. ANNIE CAMP Mrs. Annie Camp, 91, of Whitney died Saturday at a Whitney nursing home. Mrs. Camp was born September 24, 1886, the daughter of Sina and Daniel Williams. She had lived in the Whitney area all of her life. She married W. L. Camp on December 27, 1905. Mr. Camp died December 23, 1968. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a dauther, Mrs. Sina Rains of Carlsbad, N.M.; five sons, H.M. Camp and A.d. Camp, both of Whitney, L.D. Camp of Bay Minette, Alabama, B.I. Camp of Arlington; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 1, at First Baptist Church, the Rev. W.L. Walker officiating. Burial was at Hillcrest Garden of Memory.
