Virginia Minerva (Cain) Barton, born in Mississippi to Abel A. and Jincy (Williams) Cain. Her first husband was David A. Barton and her second husband was Jefferson D. Jolly. Her Texas Death Certificate is signed by her son, L.B. Barton. Death claimed Mrs. Jolly, wife of Jeff Jolly, at 8:30 o'clock Sunday evening in the home of Henry Clay Vann on East Live Oak street, Marlin, Texas. Deceased, who with the family formerly lived in this county (Falls), came to Marlin, Texas from Mabank, Texas for her health about five weeks ago. The funeral was held at Calvary Cemetery in Marlin, Texas ; E.L. Hughes, minister of the Christian Church of Waco, Texas conducted the services. Her husband, Jefferson D. Jolly, two sons and two daughters survive.
