DRY—A Rosary Service for William O. “Willie” Dry, 73, of Bay City will be recited at 6 pm Sunday, May 23, 1999 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Monday at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating. Interment followed at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Van Vleck. Mr. Dry died, May 20, at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston. He was born March 23, 1926 in Rosenberg to the late Lige and Martha Buzek Dry. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, a resident of Bay City since 1937, a veteran of WWII, serving in the U. S. Navy and a member of V.F.W. Post No, 2438. Mr. Dry is survived by his wife, Lillian V. Dry of Bay City; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Dianne Dry of Sweeny; grandchildren, Shelley Beth Dry of Bay City, Wendy Leigh Dry of Victoria, Troy James Dry of Victoria, Troy James Dry of Victoria, and Jacob Daniel of Sweeny; and aunt Jane Kucera of Fairchild.
