Delaware State News (Dover, DE) - Wednesday, October 4, 2000 HIXSON, TN - Charles Wayne Partrick of Hixson, TN died Tuesday, September 26, 2000, in his home. He was 73. Mr. Partrick was a 32-year resident of Chattanooga, TN. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II, having served in occupied Japan. Mr. Partrick retired from DuPont Corp. in 1986 after a combined 37 years of service at the Chattanooga, TN, Richmond, VA and Seaford, DE, plants. He was a member of Hixson First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Doran, Lloyd and Ollus Partrick. Service was held September 29, 2000 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. The Rev. Terry Shannon of Hixson First Baptist Church and Aline Summerlin of Hospice of Chattanooga officiated. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
