The Californian, Monday August 30, 1993, page 3 C Elizabeth 'Betty' A. Rianda, Gonzales Resident Elizabeth 'Betty' A. Rianda of Gonzales died Saturday at Casa Serena Healthcare Center following a lengthy illness. She was 88. Mrs. Rianda was a native of Alabama and lived in Gonzales for 48 years, She was a member of St. Theodore's Catholic Church in Gonzales. Mrs. Rianda is survived by her sister, Eulene Watson of Sun City; four grandchildren; and her great-grandson. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel. Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Theodore's Catholic Church in Gonzales. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Entombment will follow at the Garden of Memories cemetery. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
