Bio
Mary Williams, 85, passed away Aug. 24, 1995, at the Harrah Nursing Center in Harrah, OK. She was born Dec. 19, 1909 in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of Margaret Gergick & John Bizal. As a child, she moved to Emporia, KS and attended high school and business college there. In 1938, she came to Oklahoma, living in Guthrie, OKC, and then Harrah for the past 40 years. She married Luster J. Williams in 1942 in Virginia. He died in 1982. She is survived by 2 stepchildren, Luster J. Williams, Jr. of Tulsa, OK. & Geraldine Padberg of OKC; 2 sisters, Kitty Funck of Long Beach, CA & Anne Markowitz of Olpe, KS; 4 brothers, Peter Bizal of Portland, OR, Charles Bizal of Lancaster, PA, Robert Bizal of Greenwood Village, CO & Richard Bizal of Newport Beach, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 2 sisters & a stepson. Surviving nieces in OKC are Margaret Calaway, Mary Tuttle & Carol Lester. A prayer service will be held Sunday at 7 pm at the Asa Smith Funeral Home in Harrah with Funeral Mass at St. Teresa Church in Harrah at 10 am Monday. Burial Rose Hill Cemetery, OKC.
