Nebraska Birth record Cert # 07780, born 1 May 1938 in Garden Co., NE Lewellen Times, Lewellen, NE, Thu, 13 Jul 1939, pg. 1 Child Drowns in Tank Summary Sara Christine Klitzing, 14 month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl. S. Klitzing who lives about 36 miles N of Lewellen in the Ashby neighborhood drowned in the stock tank at her father's home Thursday (6 Jul). She was playing near the tank and climbed up on a sand drift around the tank and fell into the tank. She was found a few moments later when she was missed by her mother.
