The Arizona Daily Star, 1 Feb 2003 Sylvia Lee Pannell, (Snooks) Went to be with the Lord, January 31, 2003. 80 years old, born August 9, 1922, preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt. Snooks is survived by her sons, Jim Pannell, Vail AZ, John Pannell, Vail AZ, and Jerry Pannell of Tucson; she has five grandchildren, David Pannell, Laurie Fults, Keith Pannell, Tammy Everson, Tracey Reed and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, February 1st from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at MT. SHADOWS FUNERAL HOME, 5225 E. Speedway. Burial will be graveside services on Monday, February 3rd, at 10:00 a.m. at All Faith's Memorial Park, Desert Vista. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzhiemer's Association.
