Fort Worth Star-Telegram Friday, February 09, 1962 Bogata, Feb 8 - Funeral services for Mrs. Stella Welch Rodgers, 85 will be held at 10 .m. Friday at Bogata Baptist Church with burial in Bogata Cemetery. Mrs. Rodgers, who was the mother of Dr. Jack Rodgers, president of Odessa College inn Odessa, died Thursday in a Bogata hospital.
