Bio

Cecil Gene Colledge, age 78 of Santaquin, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Mtn. View Hospital. He was born February 16, 1933 in Lehi, Utah to John E. Nina Anderson Colledge. He married Cordellia Blood, April 2, 1958 in Provo, Utah. She preceded him in death August 23, 2005. They were sealed in the Provo Temple April 2, 2007 in the Provo LDS Temple. Cecil served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Geneva Steel after 40 years. Survivors include: his daughters, Sandy Clark, UT; Michelle Jensen and Judy (Arddie) Jasper, all of Santaquin; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a brother, Darrell Colledge of Kearns. He was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be Friday, June 3, 2011, 12:00 noon in the Mtn. View 8th Ward, 789 East Arrowhead Trail, Payson, where friends may call 10-11:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery with military rites accorded by the American Legion, Dist. #4.
