Lottie Lee May Durham 85,of Simms, Texas died Saturday November 9,2002 at her home. Ms. Durham was born September 20,1917 in Simms. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Emma Burns of Simms; and Joyce Heard and Lou Currey of Naples, Texas; two sons, Curtis William "John" May of Simms: and Jesse David May of Mount Pleasant, Texas; two stepsons, Hubert May of New Boston, Texas; and Loyd May of Simms; one brother, James Easttam of Simms; one sister, Clemmie Kruse of Simms;seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Calvary BaptistChurch with the Rev. A.M. Adams and Tim Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery,under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Texarkana Daily Gazette, November 11,2002.
