Usual address was listed as Rural-Precinct #6-four miles west of Moulton. At time of death, he is listed as being married, a farmer, and 73 years of age, having been born in Texas on March 1, 1896. His parents are listed as Paul Mikulencak and Annie Machalec. He fought in World War I. Informant: Wife. Burial in the Moulton, Texas, Catholic Cemetery on February 3, 1970, by Smith Funeral Home #5841.
