"Charlsie Ann Rowland, of Waco, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 4, 2011. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 8, at Capital Memorial Park Cemetery in Austin. Charlsie was born Nov. 3, 1952, in Austin, to John E. and A. Oleta Rowland. She worked as a social worker, and as an occupational therapist. Charlsie was a member of First Baptist Church of Hewitt. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Barbie Dutton and husband, Mike; and nephews, Jon Dutton and wife, Alicia, and Zachary Dutton. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of many dear friends...." ("Waco Tribune-Herald," April 7, 2011)
