Bio from FindAGrave member Emily Jordan : Enid Daily Eagle. (Enid, Okla.), Vol. 8, No. 111, Ed. 1 Wednesday, February 3, 1909 DEATH OF MRS. A.B. CHAPEK Mrs. A.B. Chapek, wife of the proprietor of the Central Grocery, died at her home on East Maple at one o'clock this afternoon, after an illness of three weeks. Besides her husband Mrs. Chapek leaves three children to mourn her death. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made. Enid Wave-Democrat (Enid, Okla.), Vol. 1, No. 9, Ed. 1 Saturday, February 6, 1909 MRS. A.B. CHAPEK. After three sickness, Mrs. A.B. Chapek died Wednesday. A husband and three small children are left to mourn her departure. The funeral services were held in St. Francis church at 4:30 Thursday afternoon and the remains were shipped on the evening Rock Island to Touhy, Nebr., for interment.
