Married Catherine Ann Coppersmith in February 1834. Father of Michael, Rebecca, John Frederick b 1-12-1840 OH d 5-24-1920, Maria, Henry, Catherine, Sarah, Joseph, Anna D. and two infants. Pioneer settler. Cemetery called Funktown Cemetery at the time of his death.
