FLOYD H. STANTON ELBERTA -- Floyd H. Stanton, a native of Rosinton and a resident of Elberta, died May 11 at a local hospital. He was 75. He was owner and operator of a printing company and was employed by Woerner Turf. Survivors include three daughters, Wendy Bell of Greenville, S.C., Lynn Adams of Atlanta and Leta Amond of Danville, Calif.; one son, Tarold Stanton of Asheville, N.C.; four sisters, Iona French of Gulf Breeze, Hazel Chris Tillman of Ponca City, Okla., Marguerite Leffard of Mobile and Euline Hall of Sykesville, Md.; three brothers, Bartis Stanton of Rosinton, Johnny Stanton of Panama City, Fla., and Elvin Stanton of Montgomery; and numerous grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday with the funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. at Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale.
