Born in 1913 Vesper grew up in singer Louisiana! He and his wife Bertha Baggett were married in June 13, 1937. They were the parents of 6 children. Only 3 living to adult! Vep as he was called was a farmer and a school bus driver for most of his life. He died from lung cancer!
