Bio
William Pokorney, 30, his wife Jeanne, 31, and two sons, Thomas, nine, and Billy, four, of Broken Bow were killed Monday night in a head-on collision with a truck near Gillette, Wyo. Mr. Pokorney was a long-time resident of the Ravenna area and for the past two years as manager of the Warrick Co store in Broken Bow. Two other Pokorney children, David, 16 and Danny, six were riding with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Stickney, in a car following their parents. They were not involved in the accident. Tentative funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. at the high school's Auditorium at Ravenna.
