Wren Riedel Groeschel, born Jan. 18, 1923, went to Heaven on Feb. 11, 2012. She is preceded in death by Otto Riedel, husband of 49 years, and Leonard Groeschel, husband of 10 years. Wren is survived by 2 sister-in-laws; twin daughters; 1 son; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and 3 step-children. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14 2012 at Heights Funeral Home from 5pm-7pm. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012 at 11 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 306 E. 15th Street in Houston. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Immanuel Lutheran Church, or Houston Lutheran Chorale. Rejoice in the Lord always! Arrangements under the direction of Heights Funeral Home, Houston, TX.
