Son of Benjamin Franklin Boughan & Mahala Davis Gates. Married Edith Laura Mc Cullough. Services for Leonard Baughn Held Here Friday Funeral services were held at the Peet Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friday for Leonard Z. Baughn who died at the Veterans Hospital in Cheyenne August 1. the Reverend Roger B. Koen of the First Baptist Church officiated. Miss Phyllis Johns and Mrs. Emerson Bonner sang "Rock of Ages." Mrs. A. F. DeCastro was organist. Pallbearers were: L. T. Bonner, Clair Rice, Emerson Bonner, Chas Hitshew, Chester Flick, and Del Crane. Graveside services were in charge of the American Legion. Leonard Zachariah Baughn, son of Benjamin and Mahala Gates Baughn, was born August 24, 1882 at Warrensburg, Ill. A retired farmer, Mr. Baughn also served as an attendant at the Cheyenne Veterans Hospital for some time. He was a member of the American Legion for 42 consecutive years. He is survived by a daughter, Lillian Margaret Walker of Torrington; and two brothers, Okie Baughn, Randolph, Nebr., and Leslie Baughn, Torrance, Calif.
