ELDRIDGE, Iowa -- Jean D. Staggs, of Eldridge, passed away Monday, June 9, 2003, at her home in Eldridge.Burial will be in Parr Cemetery, Blue Grass, Iowa. Jean Delores Graus was born October 6, 1934, in Moline, the daughter of Edward and Lillian (STORMER) Graus. She married Eugene Staggs on September 9, 1955, in Davenport. He preceded her in death on February 13, 1994. Her memberships included Questers, Davenport Moose Lodge, Quad-City 60 Plus Club and Illowa Orchid Society. Jean is survived by three daughters, Deanna Staggs, Davenport, Renee Staggs, Chicago, and Rhonda Staggs, Tucson, Ariz.; and mother, Lillian Graus, Davenport.
