DARIEN, Ill. — Lillian Graus, 97, of Darien, formerly of Davenport, died Friday, January 8, 2010, at home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, January 15, 2010, at the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Parr Cemetery in Blue Grass, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family. Lillian was born in Pleasant Prairie, Iowa, in 1912, the daughter of Rudolph and Elizabeth Stormer. She was united in marriage to Edward Graus in Saint Paul, Nebraska, on 1941. Lillian loved dancing and playing cards and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Those left to honor her memory are her three granddaughters, Rhonda Staggs, of Tucson, Ariz., Renee Staggs, of Bolingbrook, Ill., and Deanna Staggs, of Davenport. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, one brother and two sisters.
