Bio

1926 is the birth year on the headstone, but it is 1927 on the death certificate. Bobby was the only child of Wilburn T. Garrett and Pearl Elkins. Bobby's life was cut short by spinal meningitis. He was healthy until he was stricken by the disease. He was in the low sixth grade at Richard Lagow School and liked his school and his schoolwork. Bobby was an ardent devotee of western movies and enjoyed newspaper comics.
