Earl Arlain Bybee was born on 19 Apr 1899 in Farmersville, Collin, Texas, his father, James Monroe Bybee and his Mother, Martha Lula King. He never married nor had children. He died of Gangrene of Appendix on 23 Oct 1922 in Greenville, Hunt, Texas and was buried on 27 Oct 1922 in Money Cemetery, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas.
