Emmie was the daughter of Enoch E. Wiggins and Sarah Ann Francis Henderson/Wiggins. And wife of William Washington "Bill" Brown. Mother of James Troy, Corda Ann (Edwards) , Coy W., Dellia (Kelly/Slusser), Carl P., and Carmel F. Transcribed Obit from the Ozark Co. Times dated 5-11-1978: EMMA MAE BROWN Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Mae Brown, 75, Isabella, were held Thursday in the Isabella Baptist Church with Br. Jimmy Kyle officiating. Mrs. Brown, a lifelong resident of Isabella and a member of the Isabella Pentecostal Church, died last Monday at her home, of an apparent heart attack. She was born at Isabella on Dec. 16, 1902, the daughter of Enoch and Sarah Henderson Wiggins. She was married at Pontiac on Oct. 21, 1919, to W. W. Brown, who preceded her in death. Surviving are three sons, Troy and Coy, both of Isabella, and Carmel, Wichita, Kan.' two daughters, Mrs. Cordia Edwards, Isabella, and Mrs. Delia Slusser, Wichita; four brothers, Charlie Wiggins and Elmer Wiggins, both of Theodosia, Ed Wiggins, Springfield, and Ralph Wiggins of the state of California; two sister, Mrs. Onie Haskins, Tulsa, and Mrs. Rhoda Mallonee, Gainesville; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Burial was in the Isabella Cemetery. The pallbearers were Les Gahman, Doy Edwards, J. D. Wiggins, Dale Kelly, Rickie Brown and Charlie Newton.
