A Mass of Christian Burial for Frank L. Sodek Sr., 76, of Rogers will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Temple. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple. Mr. Sodek died Saturday, March 26, at a Temple hospital. He was born on Nov. 6, 1934, to Anton J. and Matilda Naivar Sodek in Ratibor. He was a 1953 graduate of Belton High School. On Aug. 14, 1954, he married Margie Jarolik. He was the owner of Quality Tile in Temple for 25 years. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Rogers; of The Knights of Columbus; of the Temple Aero Modeler's Club; and of the Texas Association of Single Adults. He was preceded in death by his wife. Survivors include three sons, Franklin Sodek Jr., David Sodek and Randy Sodek, all of Temple; two daughters, Carolyn Cosper of Belton and Janice Hayes of Richmond; two brothers, John Sodek and Bob Sodek, both of Temple; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple; a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. TEMPLE DAILY TELEGRAM.
