Bio

Frances A. Kozlovsky, age 47, of Carrollton passed away on December 28, 2010. She was born in Ennis on November 14, 1963 to Louis W. and Georgie (Slovacek) Kozlovsky. Frances was a 1982 graduate of St. John High School. She was a member of Catholic Daughters, KJZT Society #16 and worked for the US Postal Service for over 20 years. Frances is survived by her mother, Georgie Kozlovsky of Ennis; three brothers, Gary Kozlovsky and his wife Julie of Mesquite, Kenneth Kozlovsky and his wife Debra of Ennis, Jimmy Kozlovsky of Rice; one sister, Rose Cooke and her husband David of Ennis; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kara, Lauren, Lindsey, Crystal, Brevin, and Kali. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis W. Kozlovsky. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 31, 2010 at St. John Catholic Church in Ennis, with Father John Dick as celebrant. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in Ennis. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home, Ennis, Texas.
