San Angelo Standard-Times August 1, 1995 KERRVILLE - Bertha Irene Drummond, 87, died Friday, July 28, 1995, in a Fredericksburg nursing home. Service was Monday at the Kerrville Funeral home. She was born May 30, 1908, in Childress and had lived in Kerrville since 1967. She had worked as an auto appraiser and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, Jerry Drummond of Horseshoe Bay; a daughter, Jeanne Ashby of Los Angeles; a brother, Malaki Turrentine of Grants Pass, Oregon; and three sisters, Mable Fisher of Phoenix, Anna Atkinson of Kirkland and Dorothy Lively of Fort Worth.
