Jerry Bohaty (67112869) Suggested edit: Obituary: The Beaver Crossing Times (Beaver Crossing, Nebraska) 11 Sep 1952, Thu Page 1 Jerry Bohaty was born to Anna and Anton Bohaty on June 21, 1890 at Abie, and was baptized in the Presbyterian Church at Prague. Mr. Bohaty was married at the age of 21 and lived at Beaver Crossing where he was engaged in farming until six years ago. He then moved near Abie and resided there until he went to Fremont. He was married to Nellie Pfingston, Feb. 11, 1952 at Sioux City, Iowa. Surviving are his widow, a son, Jerry of Beaver Crossing, three daughters, Mrs. Tillie Wambold and Mrs. Deloris Scott of Beaver Crossing, Mrs. Jeraldine Rut of Tobias, eight grandchildren, four brothers, Anton and Joseph of Bee, James and Louis of Abie, three sisters, Mrs. Anna Hajek of Anrill, Minn., Mrs. Emma Semrad of Abie and Mrs. Rose Odvody of Seward. His parents, one brother and one sister preceded him in death. Mr. Bohaty passed away at his home on Tuesday, Sept. 2, after an illness of two weeks, at the age of 62 years, 2 months and 12 days. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday Sep. 5, at the First Presbyterian Church of Schuyler with the Rev. John Patterson officiating. Interment was in the Schuyler Cemetery at Schuyler.
