Bio

Services were held in the Megargel Baptist Church for Coke Key who died in an Olney Hospital Born August 23, 1892, in Ballinger, Key was married to Zoda Prince on August 9, 1914 in Random. A retired ginner, he had lived in Megargel for 20 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; one son, J.R. of Graham; one daughter, Mrs. Perry McWhorter of Olney; five sisters, Miss Hattie Key, Miss Nettie Key and Mrs. Joe Adams, all of Archer City, Mrs. Cora Hunt of Midland and Mrs. Nora Brashers of California; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
