Bio

She was the second of three daughters born to Mike and Belle Bridges. She grew up with two half-sisters, Dona and Mattie Hutson. She married Frank Collins about 1907 in Ellensburg and had two daughters - Pernina and Ethel. Frank died 9 May 1953 in Tacoma, Washington and Penny died 22 days later in Los Angeles.
