September 19,1998 THE ODESSA AMERICAN Dorotha Swafford KERMIT — Dorotha Swafford, 74, of Kermit, a retired assistant to a Winkler County judge died Thursday, Sept. 17, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Community Church with the Rev. Henry O'Freund officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangments by Cooper Funeral Chapel. She was born in Poolville and was a 40-year resident of Kermit. She was a member of the Community Church. SURVIVORS: Husband, L.E. Swafford of Kermit; sons, Doug Swafford of Dallas and Max Swafford of Ingram; daughter, Cathey Green of Upland, Calif.;brother, Truman Chandler of Weatherford; and three grandchildren.
