Jerry Ferguson, 63, salesman for Industrial Steel and Supply Co., a son of Mrs. Ollie Shockey and brother of Phyllis Stanley, both of Douglass, died at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita Tuesday of last week, his birthday. He was born March 14, 1897 in Sedgwick County and had been a resident of Wichita 32 years. He formerly was with Aircraft Steel Co. He was married November 13, 1936, at McPherson. his wife, Beatrice, survives, with his mother and sister. Funeral services were held Friday at Wichita, conducted by Rev. William Miller of Wichita First Methodist Church. Burial was in Richland Cemetery, west of Douglass, KS.
