Henry C. Colgan Services for Henry Chapen Colgan, 76, 423 Tenth Ave., S. Nampa, who died at his home Thursday will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Alsip Chapel. The Rev. Orville Coats of the Nampa First Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Kohlerlawn. Mr. Colgan was born march 26, 1883 in Tyndall, S. D., and was reared in South Dakota. He married Anna Novak on March 21, 1903, at Tyndall. They lived there until 1905 when they homesteaded at Lyman, S.D. They moved to Sioux County, Neb., in 1908 where they also homesteaded, and moved to the Nampa area in 1937 where they farmed until 1945, when he retired. They had resided in Nampa since that time. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Colgan, Nampa, and one son, Loney Colgan, Mar Vista Calif., and two grandchildren.
