Bio

Born in Upshur Co., Texas, the son of James Eury Green (1893 – 1956) and Pearl Langford Green (1896 – 1981), just prior to World War II in 1940 he married Vaudis Maurie Orr (1916 – 1997), the daughter of Charles Brachen Orr (1870 – 1946) and Jenavia Bell Vessell Orr (1886 – 1949). He was killed in action in Scheidgen, Luxembourg as a soldier in CO A 1ST BN 12TH INF APO F WW II. Biography by Ron Wade
