Services for Tom H. Moore, 81, of Lufkin, were held Tuesday, Aug 1, 2000 in the Gipson-Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. Mr. Moore was born Sept. 20, 1918, in Meredian and died Sunday, July 30, 2000 in a Lufkin hospital. Mr. Moore retired in 1982 as president of ETOX; he was also a farmer and salesman. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and a long-time resident of Lufkin. Survivors: wife, Clara V. Moore of Lufkin; sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck N. and Toni Moore of Lufkin and Ray and Jan Moore of Plano; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren Gipson-Metcalf Funeral Directors.
