Died: 14 Feb 1961, Ward Memorial Hospital, Monahans, Texas. Father: Jesse Moore. Mother: Lula Royal. Residence: 1102 South Bruce, Monahans, Ward County, Texas. Occupation: Tool Pusher in the oilfield. Age: 51 years 1 month 20 days. Cause of Death: (z) Pulmonary Edema (b) Carcinoma of left lung. Informant: Mrs. R. B. Moore, Monahans, Texas. Burial: 16 Feb 1961, Monahans Memorial Cemetery, Monahans, Texas. I can still hear Ray laughing. He was a smoker so he had a deep, raspy cough and laugh. He was a happy man. Ray was a driller/tool pusher and my dad was the motorman on the rigs they worked on for Great Western. I have many happy memories being with the Moore's.
