Bio

The Wellington Leader January 9, 1992 Anna May Thomas, age 86, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 1991 in Houston, Texas. She was born March 12, 1905 in Ector to Joe Parrigin and Lila Ray Perrigin. On August 20, 1922 she married Frank Thomas in Wellington. She was long-time resident of Wellington until 1983 when she relocated in Houston to be near her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Her surviving relatives include three daughters, Antoinette Stokesof Irving, Joanna Smith of Canyon Lake, and Lyda Boyer of Houston; asister Lyla Wilkins of Fort Worth; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, in 1968 and a son, Jasper, in 1950.
