McKinney (TX) Newspaper, May 1989 Funeral services for Garland Terrell, 69, of McKinney who died Sunday at HCA Medical Center of Plano will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Turrentine - Jackson - Morrow Chapel with Rev. Hubert Long officiating. Interment will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park with Turrentine - Jackson - Morrow Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Terrell was born Sept 7, 1919 in Altoga, the son of Millard Terrell and Jewel Lovelady Terrell. He married Virginia Copeland (Coplen) on Sept 21, 1939 in Greenville. He was a retired equipment superintendent, a self employed trucker and a member of Altoga Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Virginia of McKinney ; son, Ron Terrell of McKinney. ............................................................
