Bio

'Mother Jewell' was the granddaughter of Enos P. Mills. Enos was a U.S. Deputy Marshall for Judge Parker out of Ft. Smith, Ark. Jewell married Joseph Kirkland in 1914 at the old store owned by R.C. Horn in Collin Co. west of McKinney.
