Bio

Samuel is the son of Elijah and Grace Seever Watson, one of their twelve children. In his father bio it is written Samuel (killed on a railway at the age of thirty years). Samuel was the husband of Ann E 'Annie' Gore they were married 12 Oct 1870 in Buchanan, Missouri. Annie is the daughter of Dr. Joshua Allen and Zuelda Vaughn Gore. After Samuel died Annie Watson is in the 1880 census with their two children: a son C. Watson born abt 1876 and a dau. Jennie R Watson born abt. 1878. Jennie is listed as having measles. In the interment records of Mt. Morah there are three Watson children listed, one is the child of Mrs A Watson Interment Date: DEC/27/1881 Lot owner Dr Gore; another one child of S H Watson Interment Date:Jun/16/1875 Lot owner B Wilson; and Child of Watson Interment Date: AUG/31/1876 Lot owner Watson.
