McKinney Courier - Gazette / McKinney, TX 13 Apr 2004 Abbie Miller Rigsby, 96 of Weston passed away April 9, 2004 at her residence in Weston. She was born March 4, 1908 in Collin County to Stiles and Betsy (Phillips) Miller. She married Ernest Rigsby Nov. 8, 1929 in Madill, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church in Weston. She is survived by her daughter Imogene Poston of Weston; Sister-in-law Norma Garrett of Frisco; brothers-in-law Bill Rigsby of Richardson and Luke Johnson of Sherman; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 12, 2004 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Celina. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel.
