Bio

Son of Thomas F Carter and Gettie I Wren Carter. He married Marguerite G Shelton in 1941 and they had at least two sons, Thoams Neil Carter and Maurice Eugene Carter. He was self-employed as a service station operator. He died of a cardiac arrest.
