The Deseret News September 10, 1990 page B5 Viola Madsen Sabey, 75, died September 9, 1990. Born at Lakeview, Utah August 26, 1915 to Parley William & Christina Nuttall Madsen. Married Earl Kimberly Sabey in the Salt Lake LDS Temple May 20, 1938, he died January 1959. Active member LDS Church & DUP; worked as nurse at LDS Hospital many years. Responsible for organization of nursing services at Modern Cottonwood Hospital OB Dept. also Nursing Supervisor. Survivors: children, Marilyn Wilson, Salt Lake; Mrs. Wayne (Dianne) Ross, Richland, Wisconsin; Donald Earl & wife Ginger Sabey, Sandy; John Richard & wife Beverly Sabey, Riverton, Wy; 14 grandchildren;two great-grandchildren; brothers, Arch L. Madsen, Kenneth R. Madsen, Ronald E. Madsen, all Salt Lake; Carlos N. Madsen, Sandy; Lowell L. Madsen, Littleton, Colorado; Parley W. Madsen, Concord, Calif; Preceded in death by sister, Velma Williams. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Midvale East 1st Ward Chapel, 240 East 7570 South. Friends may call Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State Street and at the Ward Chapel Tuesday 12 until 12:45. Interment Midvale City Cemetery.
