Bio

Let us not forget Corporal Shelby M. Carter, casuality of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, CPL Carter served our country until May 8, 1970 in Quang Nam, Vietnam. He was 21 years old. Shelby died from multiple fragmentation wounds. His body was recovered. CPL Shelby Carter is on panel 11W, line 132 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D. C. He served our country for one year.
