Bio

Robert Albertson was the eldest son of Elif Albertson and Ellen Halverson. He was born July 18, 1877, in Smith County. He was a member of Marvin Methodist Church and a merchant. Mr. Albertson died March 15, 1913, at the age of 35. He had been ill for several weeks and had made a trip to the famous wells in Hubbard City hoping to benefit from the water. He was unmarried. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. (Tyler Daily Courier Times, March 13, 1913; Texas Death Certificate)
